Cleveland Cavalier forward Lebron James was named NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Month for April. James also won that award previously for the months of November, January and March, putting in him an elite club with Celtics player Kevin Garnett, who won four times in his 2002-3 MVP season with the Minnesota Timberwolves. King James averages 29.9 points, 6 rebounds and 6.6 assists over seven games per month. Lebron’s scoring contribution led the Cavs to a home record of 39-2 and and 66-16 overall, positioning them as the overall No. 1 playoff seed. Congrats again to Lebron!!!
